When will my order arrive?
We ship orders generally within a week via common carrier from our warehouse in Northern Virginia. The carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. Typically, you should receive your order in about 7 to 10 business days from the time your order ships from BDI.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping includes threshold delivery to the contiguous 48 states.
What is threshold delivery?
With threshold delivery, the carrier will deliver your package to the first dry area on your property, such as a garage or inside an outside door, so you can be sure your purchase is safe and protected from the elements.
What about returns?
The BDI Outlet collection is a limited selection of retiring designs and as such, returns will not be accepted. If something arrives to you damaged, please document all packaging or defects. Please contact us to report damage or defective items and we’ll do what it takes to make it right.

What is BDI's warranty?
BDI warrants that it will repair or replace any piece of factory-new furniture which is deemed to be defective in material and/or workmanship if reported during the warranty period. The decision to repair or replace will be at BDI’s sole discretion. BDI closeouts are included in this coverage and are warranted for three years from the date of purchase delivery. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. Otherwise, your order will be underway and it may not be cancelled.
